Clearwater, Florida is THE perfect family vacation spot, with its beautiful beaches, fun attractions, and exciting activities. There are TONS of things to in Clearwater with kids. With very short planning, they will never get bored and will only need their mobile devices when the day is over.

One of the most popular things to do in Clearwater with kids is to visit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Here, you can see rescued dolphins, sea turtles, and other marine life up close. You can even watch a dolphin show and learn about marine conservation.

Another great attraction for families is the Great Explorations Children’s Museum in St. Petersburg, where kids can learn through interactive exhibits and hands-on activities.

Of course, no trip to Clearwater is complete without a visit to the beach! Clearwater Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, with its soft white sand and crystal-clear water. You can spend the day swimming, sunbathing, and building sandcastles with your kids. There are also plenty of water sports and activities available, such as jet skiing, parasailing, and dolphin watching tours.

After our last family vacation in Sarasota, we knew we wanted to explore more beaches in that area of Florida. We were extremally happy to find that Clearwater beach was almost as good as the Siesta Key beach. If you are interested, you can see how the two compare.
